Servicing Email DS (S-EDS)

Our Card Members receive countless emails each day, and often email content is focused on the needs of the company rather than those of a busy consumer with little free time. The email systems aim is to rectify this, cutting through the clutter to catch the eye, engage, and inspire.

    S-EDS is the creative framework (including guidelines) for Transactional/Alert Emails deployed via Raven. These servicing emails contain information triggered by events, interactions or preferences associated with customers’ accounts. This can include opt-in alerts (e.g. spend alerts, for fraud alerts) and ongoing legal notices.
