Progress trackers visually guide users toward completion and gives them a sense of achievement. These components are typically used in scenarios where users need to track their progress toward a set goal, such as task completion, milestones, or performance targets.

There are three progress tracker types.
A smooth progress tracker that visually represents progress from start to finish without explicit divisions. Best for fluid journeys that do not need to focus on individual steps but track overall progress.
A progress bar divided into distinct segments, representing discrete stages or milestones. Ideal for breaking complex processes into manageable steps, reducing user overwhelm.
A circular progress indicator that represents progress as a filling arc around a circle, displaying a percentage or value in the center. Useful for showing measurable progress in tasks, such as data loading, goals, or form completion.
