CopyLinkInput Transform

Converts a v6 CopyLinkInput component to a v7 CopyLinkInput component.

Automatic Changes

  • Renames the buttonText prop to labelOverrides.copyButtonScreenReaderLabel.
  • Renames the successText prop to labelOverrides.successScreenReaderLabel.
  • Renames the errorText prop to labelOverrides.errorScreenReaderLabel.
  • Deletes the styleType prop. This functionality is not available in v7.
  • Attempts to transform the deprecated theme prop to the className prop. If it cannot, deletes the theme prop.

For example:

import { CopyLinkInput } from '@americanexpress/dls-react6';

export default function Page() {

return (

<CopyLinkInput

buttonText="Copy"

successText="Success"

errorText="Error"

styleType="primary"

theme={{ color: 'red' }}

{...otherProps}

/>

);

}

Transforms into:

import { CopyLinkInput } from '@americanexpress/dls-react';

export default function Page() {

return (

<CopyLinkInput

{...otherProps}

labelOverrides={{

copyButtonScreenReaderLabel: 'Copy',

successScreenReaderLabel: 'Success',

errorScreenReaderLabel: 'Error',

}}

/>

);

}
